  Abstract:  Psychological Approach of Official Competitions in Field Tenis. This work presents some advice which regard the psychological side of the tennis players and it involves a very serious analize of this aspect both in competitions and training. These are stipulated 10 advices concerning the beginners, with the purpose of helping them to keep their calm, concentration and confidence in their own capacities during the games. The second part of this work contains some advice which can help the players to pass over the great tension of the official games. All these come from my personal conviction that the great majority of the difficulties faced by the players during the contents have no justification, they being easily thrown away
